Q: Are you Retail or Wholesale?
A: A bit of both. Mostly we sell Retail, but we do offer quantity discounts to qualified customers at a wholesale rate. As you may note, our retail prices for seed beads and Charlottes are very reasonable, and in most instances, quite a bit less than others carrying similar Czech beads.

To receive wholesale price list for Czech Seed Beads, please email your business name, address, phone number, and resale tax number. Please state whether you are a bead store or a designer.

Q: Do you offer Net Terms?
A: Currently we prefer using a credit card or check for purchases. We will offer net terms, on approval, to qualified bead stores and designers. Please email for form.

Q: What is a "Charlotte" Cut bead?
A: A specialty Czech seed bead that has been Cut on one side, giving a faceted look to each bead.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Mastercard/Visa, Discover and American Express.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We do not accept Returns, but do accept Exchanges. We will exchange anything you receive from Osiris(within 10 days of receipt, in original packaging and condition), and will issue a credit that must be used by you within 30 days of receipt of credit.
